Orders

 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we’re unable to modify or cancel your online order.

I entered the wrong shipping address - what should I do?

Contact our customer support team immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received this please contact us.

What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include clear photos of the products received, the packaging as it arrived, and the shipping label.
This will help us resolve the issue quickly for you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Shipping times vary by location. At checkout you can see options for your location.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and customs fees vary by country.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received this please let us know and we can send you the link.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbours and any safe spaces. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Can I return a product if I’ve opened it?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

On the tracking email, you will have a return option. If you can not find this pease contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you need to return an item, the cost of shipping sits with you. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. Until your return reaches us safely, it remains your responsibility. We are unable to issue refunds for items that are lost in transit.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

What’s the difference between the conditioners and masks?

All our conditioners and masks are lightweight and add shine and softness. #SAVED and PLATINUM Masks are usually left on for longer (from 5 minutes) and deliver extra strength, softnesss and shine.

What’s the difference between #SAVED and Platinum?

Is Innoluxe homecare suitable for my hair extensions?

All Fabriq Innoluxe are suitable for human-hair extensions, the ingredients in our products will not challenge the bonds.

What is Elixir?

Elixir is a cruelty-free, vegan leave-in treatment that will rebuild your hair at home, at the same time as boosting your hair’s condition.

How do I use Elixir?

Use 1-2 pumps on wet hair before your styling products and/orR add 1-2 pumps on dry hair through the day or 3-4 drops before bed for healthier, stronger hair.

How does Elixir work?

Elixir V3 brings together elements of the protein and conditioning technology used in our professional salon products and packs them into a fabulous leave-in treatment, so you can enjoy repair and conditioning at home.

Can I leave Elixir in hair overnight?

Yes, use 3-4 drops before bed for healthier, stronger hair.

Is Elixir heavy in hair?

No, Elixir isn’t heavy in your hair and can be used every day.

Does it leave a residue?

No, Elixir doesn’t leave residue in your hair and can be used every day.

What do I need to get started with Innoluxe?

What are ReBond V3 and Balance Plus V3?

ReBond V3 is the little beauty you’ll use to kick off the rebuilding and repair. It builds integrity and strength into each strand. Follow up with Balance Plus V3 (or Balance Plus Platinum, if toning), which carries on the repair, as well as feeding the hair with amino acids and extra proteins to leave it even healthier, softer and shinier.

What is a Stand-Alone treatment?

Stand-Alone is an intensive hair repair treatment that can be used between colour services or even if the hair is never coloured as a conditioning treatment. It let’s you rebuild hair or get the best from curls by using FOAM instead of as part of a chemical service.

How do you use Foam as a Stand Alone treatment?

Cleanse twice with Purify. Rinse and gently towel dry.

Apply 4-10 pumps of Foam V3, massage through hair. Cover with a cap and leave for 10 minutes.

Without rinsing, apply Balance Plus V3 (or Balance Plus Platinum if toning). Comb through and leave for 10 minutes.

Rinse and style as required with Elixir V3 and styling products.

What’s the difference between Foam and ReBond?

FoamV3 is a pre-diluted ReBond V3 designed for use as a Stand-Alone treatment, pre-perm and pre-keratin services.

What is Mistify and how is it used?

Mistify means that you can spray your client’s ‘naked’ hair (the bits not being coloured) with the just right concentration of ReBond.

It’s super simple. Just follow the markings on the label to fill your Mistify spray bottle with the right mix of ReBond and water, shake well, and mist away!
